Restorative Yoga for Headaches | Yoga with Melissa 725
If you’re in the middle of a headache or migraine, this class is for you. As someone who experiences them weekly, I know how exhausting and overwhelming they can feel. I also know that most yoga classes marketed for headaches simply aren’t doable when you're actually in it. That’s why I created this minimal-cue restorative yoga class — a quiet, prop-supported practice designed to meet you exactly where you are, without asking anything of you.
You’ll remain in inclined, supported positions to reduce head pressure, with optional extras like a heating pad for your neck and shoulders, an ice pack for your head, and an eye pillow if you’re light sensitive. There’s no talking once you are in the poses — just gentle guidance into stillness. My hope is that this practice can be a sanctuary when you need relief, softness, and permission to rest.
Props Needed: Bolster, Blocks, Blankets, Chair
