Speaking this Sabbath is Simon Liversidge, our Lead Pastor. Christmas is a time of longing. We long for more; that's how God made us. God invites us to let this longing drive our prayers. God always answers, but His answers can depend on the condition of my heart and our world. Faith is not simply rational belief. Faith is longing for more of what God longs for me to have. Christmas reminds me of all God longs for me to have.
