Hello and welcome to the "In The Moment" podcast, with me Alex Manzi, your coach podcaster, and your friendly neighborhood mind sherpa! In this episode I want to explore the difference between self-care and self-love. This is something that comes directly from my journey from depression to finding inner peace and fulfillment, working with athletes, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs along the way.

What i realized is... self-care is about doing things that make you feel good, like going to the gym, going to the Spa, or to the cinema. While self-love is a deeper mindset of accepting and loving yourself, even through challenging times. It's something I am, more than something I do.
