A lifelong lover of health and fitness, Debbie never had issues with her weight—until she was diagnosed with COPD. Prescribed steroids, she gained 5 stone over the course of 5 years, a difficult shift for someone who had always been active.
It wasn’t until her grandchildren came along that Debbie realised how much her weight was affecting her day-to-day life. Determined to make a change, she took on the challenge of creating healthier meals, learning to prepare food without staples like full-fat mayonnaise and oil.
Now, Debbie shares her journey and meal prep tips with thousands on TikTok, inspiring others through her determination, humour, with the support of her beloved "Ginge" (not the cat, but her partner!).
