There is so much talk about mindfulness and its importance. And while some of you have jumped on board with the mindfulness habits, others of you are like sis, I don’t have time for mindfulness because my mind is FULL, lol. I get it and I feel you, but, mindfulness is such an important aspect of life and it can change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. So in today’s episode I’m going to tell you a few of the quickest ways to inject mindfulness into your busy life. Most of these tips are things you can do in less than 5 minutes, but they will still have an impact in your busy life. And so, I hope to inspire you to be mindful.
