Dr. Jen White’s career began as NICU/labor & delivery nurse in a level 4 hospital where she saw the downstream pitfalls of the modern medical system. The collapse of her own health left her bedridden sick in her 20’s. Since then she has healed her own body from EIGHT different autoimmune conditions. She now leads other women through uncaging themselves from chronic symptoms in her very own medical practice.
Through her medical research, Jen has established the 3 pillars necessary to heal symptoms of autoimmune disease: anti inflammatory nutrition, mind-body medicine, and sex hormone therapy. She works with clients individually, through group programs, and hosts healing retreats.
Jen is a holistic medical provider, intuitive, writer, speaker, and thought leader in the functional medicine and spiritual medicine space. Her life’s work is to change the medical model for women with autoimmune diseases and help women live HOT, HAPPY & HEALTHY!
