Despite setbacks, he completed the Feral Pig Ultra with determination and learned the value of tapering – a lesson wrapped in disguise!


James opens up about managing long-distance running, unexpected chafing struggles, and the importance of listening to your body. He shares his plans for upcoming self-organised trail marathons and preparations for the Delirious 200-miler, including team strategies with his ultra-experienced crew.
