In this installment of I'm Noticing we discover what is present, what parts of us are resisting the process, and what we're noticing shows up in the container that reflects broader patterns in our systems, relationships and interactions.
We're seeking to bring more connecting language to our descriptions of our systems and communicate in a way that facilitates fluidity with our noticings.
This is also an experiment in editing and producing a podcast! In keeping with the intentions of the container, I have specifically challenged my own perfectionism by just putting the episode out without spending lots of time tinkering with minor details, learning the whole suite of editing tricks, worrying about titles and descriptions, etc. I hope you'll be forgiving along this journey as I learn to do a better job producing!
