Let's define them, explore them, and talk about strategies we can use to support ourselves, improve our perspectives and find a healthier and more positive mindset - and learn about overcoming these difficult societal concerns. If you have any questions, or would like us to discuss another topic, please contact us at [email protected].

If you would like to contact me or Elizabeth for a discussion, a conversation, or a consultation, feel free to reach out. We will be there for you to listen.
