Elizabeth Hochster is a Resilience and Life Hardship Coach. She works with women who have lost their life purpose due to hardships. They want to feel normal again and live their life with clarity, but they struggle with pain, grief, and confusion. She supports women to be more resilient, so they can regain strength, confidence and joy.
Elizabeth is also a Certified Executive and Master Life Coach. She was a Director in the Canadian Public Service for 28 years, managing, facilitating, coaching and supporting employees, colleagues and fellow Executives. She is a certified Change Facilitator on behalf of the Center for Creative Leadership in the USA and worked in Leadership Development and Change programs with Executives for a decade.
