036: My sweet client-turned- soul friend Jessica Grody joins us to share about her pregnancy, birth and (almost) one year postpartum experience. Jess felt the desire to seek pelvic PT at 8 months pregnant and has a LOT to say about it, especially as an extremely active and avid runner, swimmer, yogi and now, mama. She hopes that with sharing her postpartum struggles and triumphs, people feel less alone and are better understood.
