Day Twenty Nine Homework:
- List the care tasks/chores you feel like you are trying hard but failing in - those are areas you likely need support.
- Go through them and work out what support there could be and if you have access to it (eg delegate to a partner, a friend, AI tools, software or paid help)
- Put the support you do have access to in place
- If you don't have access to support, let that sink in and forgive yourself. Grieve it and take the pressure off. You don't need to feel a failure in that area anymore, it's not about skill, its the lack of support.
