Real time follow along body doubling episode

Our little virtual book club is a true experiment to see if we can get through a whole book together, learn something that will truly help and support us AND make it a ton of fun ✨😊

And don't worry, you can start from the beginning (Day 1) at any time. Grab the book: https://amzn.to/3Q0QaNC

Day Twenty Nine Homework:

  1. List the care tasks/chores you feel like you are trying hard but failing in - those are areas you likely need support.
  2. Go through them and work out what support there could be and if you have access to it (eg delegate to a partner, a friend, AI tools, software or paid help)
  3. Put the support you do have access to in place
  4. If you don't have access to support, let that sink in and forgive yourself. Grieve it and take the pressure off. You don't need to feel a failure in that area anymore, it's not about skill, its the lack of support.

And that's it!!

Don't forget to come back tomorrow for Chapter 30 ❤️
