I have five simple, doable, inexpensive and effective ways for us to create structure in our day:
1. Go to bed and get up at the same time each day
2. Schedule in the time you're going to go for that brisk walk or hit that workout 3. Plan out your meals
4. Spend 30 min, 5 days a week learning a new skill or subject
5. Program your phone for rest times
