Elle Russ chats with Holly Perkins - who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In 2019, she completed a two year program in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica.
