Hello, my Empty Nest Friend!
Well, here we go, I'm sharing how I lost 50 pounds - and am still losing. I finally hit the 50 pound mark, between recording this episode and go-live. And I sat at about 48 pounds lost for over two months. I'm proud that I didn't let it get to me, didn't let the drama creep in and kept doing what I've been doing. Let me tell you, it feels really good to not let food boss me around.
