In this episode Stacy and Lindsay interview two renowned experts on TEENS AND TECHNOLOGY. Dr. Emily Weinstein and Dr. Jacqueline Nesi are psychologists, researchers, and moms who have studied the role of technology in kids’ mental health and development for over a decade. They used their data to create the “Tech Without Stress” course, helping families make more informed decisions about technology. Today they answer all of our questions and break down:
