This week we’re looking at a massive case that Tesco has just lost in the UK Supreme Courts, which has dented a hole in Tesco’s plans to use ‘Fire and Rehire’ tactics to remove expensive employment rights from some of its workforce. The implications for the protection of employee contracts of employment are far reaching.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
