For this episode I'm joined by Michael Ostrolenk, who is here to discuss how to create more meaningful relationships by fostering deeper connections with those around you.

Since a very early age, Michael has been on a journey of self-discovery and mastery and it all started when he discovered the power of meditation, guided imagery, and biofeedback. These practices became his tools for managing internal states and overcoming life’s challenges. This early fascination sparked a lifelong curiosity about human potential and extraordinary capabilities.

It was around this time that Michael started to realize that the world around him made less and less sense! Listen and you'll know what I mean.

For over two decades, Michael navigated the intricate world of national policy, tackling issues like national security, defence reform, cyber threats, federal reserve transparency, civil liberties, and foreign policy.

He has been a fellow at the Center for Cyber Influence Operation Studies and the Center for Cognitive Liberty & Ethics and has founded and led non-profits dedicated to making a positive impact. His adventures even included training as a personal protection specialist, mastering tactical skills, and delving into counterterrorism.
