For this episode I’m joined by Chair of the Women in Communications & Technology (WCT) Alberta Chapter, Shannon Lehmann, who is here to discuss her journey in the technology world and how that inspired her to give back to her community via her work role and her role with WCT.

Shannon is the Director of IT Integration at Rogers Communications and has over 20 years of experience in Telecommunications, Energy, IT, and Data. Shannon holds an Executive MBA from the University of Calgary and was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 by Avenue Magazine. Shannon has a proven track record of allyship and leadership in both corporate and community settings, with her volunteer work with HackerGal, Women@Shaw, RISE at Rogers, and of course in her role with WCT.

Shannon joined WCT to help progress their strategic imperatives to inspire and support women to achieve their highest career potential through professional development, mentorship, advocacy, and research.
