NOT training is probably as important as the training itself...confusing, right?

When you train/lift/exercise, you put your body under stress. That's the idea, anyway. If you want to improve or progress, you need to. It's only when you're not training that's when your body adapts to this stress. When you've adapted and you want to improve further, you put it under MORE stress than before. You do this forever. Stress, adapt, stress, adapt etc etc. You can't adapt, if you're always under stress or in a state of alarm.
More is not always better, though, as you're about to find out.
