In this special season two finale, we’re diving into the importance of honoring the cycles and phases of life. Just like nature, with its seasons—spring, summer, fall, winter—we as human beings also go through our own cycles. Whether it’s the 28-day hormonal cycle, the ebb and flow of creativity, or the push and pull between masculine and feminine energies, everything in life has a rhythm. In this episode, I open up about my own journey of learning to honor the season I’m in, especially when it comes to slowing down and allowing myself time to rest.
I share insights on how we often resist change because we’re clinging to control, ignoring our bodies and spirits, which are telling us to shift gears. I also talk about the balance between masculine and feminine energies—the doing versus the being—and how I’m learning to embrace the feminine energy of receiving and resting.
I’ll be real with you: I’ve been denying myself a season of rest, even though my body has been asking for it. But now, I’m taking a step back to allow myself to slow down, to just be, and to trust that the creative sparks will still be there when the time is right.
