Let's switch on our awareness antennas. If you're like me you might just start noticing alcohol mentioned absolutely everywhere.
As you go about your daily life I'd like you to begin noticing alcohol images and being spoken about in 3 places:
1. External locations outside your immediate home - advertisements, billboards, sporting events, commercials, radio, social media feeds
2. Conversations with people you know - friends, colleagues and family, and
3. Self-talk - become aware of your own thought patterns around alcohol and when the thought of alcohol pops into your mind.
Continue this awareness throughout the remainder of the challenge (and beyond). I have.
