"Golden Brown" is a deeply personal song I wrote for my wife while working on my first album. I wanted to include something just for her, a quiet tribute to how much she means to me.
Over time, as our family has grown, the song has taken on even greater meaning. Now, when I sing it, I feel its weight even more—especially the line, "Oh my God, if you take this away from me, I might forfeit what is left." It’s no longer just about my love for her, but also for our son, and the realization that without them, there might be nothing else.
