The Holiday Season can be INSANELY busy! It can be such a CHALLENGE to keep your focus on your health & fitness.
That being said, know this season won’t last forever & recognize that going a little off plan in order to enjoy the Holidays is definitely okay.
But try these suggestions -to keep your fitness as a priority when time gets tiiiggghhht! Hope it helps! 🎄
Schedule in your workouts and get them done early in the morning if possible.
Use compound exercises to increase the efficiency.
Do home workouts for convenience and to save time.
Remember that a short workout is better than none at all.
Prioritize daily movement and aim for 8,000 to 10,000 steps each day.
Give yourself some grace. Know that if you miss a work out, you won’t lose all of your hard earned progress.
