Welcome back to Vulnerability is Cool! This episode hits close to home—because we’re talking about something that’s shaped a lot of my life: OCD. My friend Noah is joining me today, and honestly, this is one of the rawest, most important conversations I’ve had.
Noah has been living with OCD since he was just 10 years old, and his story is intense. From moral OCD to relationship OCD and everything in between, Noah opens up about how it’s impacted every part of his life—even leading him to some really dark places. And still, he’s here. He’s thriving in the midst of it all, even smashing it in summer sales (which, if you’ve ever done, you know is no joke).
What I love about this episode is how real it gets. Noah and I both know how OCD isn’t just some cute little quirk—it’s a beast that can take over your thoughts and your life. But we also talk about what it’s like to keep going, to sit with those dark moments, and somehow still find your way through.
This conversation is about giving OCD a voice, breaking down the misconceptions, and sharing what it’s like when your mind becomes your biggest challenge—but also your greatest teacher.
