Changed my life

Excellent, approachable, and often humorous review of the past couple of thousand years of philosophy. If that sounds remarkable, it's because it is! Do start at the beginning, and keep in mind that this project began in 2013 (in terms of occasional dated topical references).

I begrudgingly tuned in. I was desperate. I am a stay at home dad and have listened to all the other great podcasts. I avoided philosophy until the bitter end. I obviously saved the best for last. What i'm desperate to know is: "are you above picking a direction?" Do you have a private lean? With all the knowledge of arguments in competing directions, what is your personal understanding? I wish I could break the limit of 5 stars.

This podcast is absolutely spot on with balancing being straight to the point and clear with abundant examples yet with a great touch of humor and wholesomeness that makes it very enjoyable. Huge thanks to its author for taking the time to produce such quality content.

I send episodes to people all the time! Some are so dense I listen to them multiple times but they are so informative.

The episodes get better and better the more he transitions to modern philosophy. These latest episode are so dense with quality that I had to slow down the playback speed below 1x.
Recommend to anyone who wants a good college level "Intro to Philosophy" class in podcast form.

Motormouth (maybe that's just my so silence setting?) Ride through the history of philosophy. Can't wait to catch up on them all so I can start again!
