We need fresh faces with new ideas to help improve our sports. We can't keep recycling the same individuals. I’ve been there, and I know what I’m talking about. In rugby, we don’t get paid for our efforts; we play out of love for the game. Our passion and dedication drive us to make these important decisions in our lives.

Before making any decision regarding Coach Otto Addo, we must first assess Kurt Okraku's performance. If you have a sense of integrity, you should consider resigning from your position on the committee. Based on performance, the results have been disappointing. The Black Stars do not belong to you personally.

Apologies alone cannot solve the challenges we face. We need to put in greater effort to restore the Black Stars to their former glory. The issue in sports extends beyond football—it lies in the continual recycling of the same resources and approaches.

Part of the issue lies with our technical team and how they have operated over the years. Additionally, some of the challenges stem from pressure exerted from higher authorities. Since the time of E.T. Mensah, when coaches are appointed, there has often been no clear or valid justification provided for the selection decisions.

I have been with the black stars for over two decades and I have never witnessed something like this. We go to Afcon qualifies and played over six games and did not win a single game.
