Welcome to Restless Reflections. Diagnose with ADHD at six years old my thoughts have always been all over the place. I used to always be in trouble but now I use Restlessness Reflections to inspire others to know we’re not bad we just active, talks to parents and teachers on other ways to teach children who can’t sit still instead of it always being a punishment. My podcast will touch on many topics It could be scattered, it could be all over the place, I may have to stop and may have to pause.I may have to get my word together because of a stroke I suffered nine years ago which left me with aphasia.If you don’t know what that is, please look it up... Podcast will have a mix of interviews, recordings,lives, dear browneyezz, I can’t find my glasses or keys (mix a little humor) A.D.H.D ,my stroke story under the age of 50, lesbian relationships, alzheimer’s,anxiety and so much more will be talking about.
