Today, as I sat under the stars, I reflected on spirituality, galaxies and the land. I also mused on what could we learn from the indigenous population? In a time when our constant development is killing us how did they manage to stay content and a part of the environment for so long?

I listened back on this day's recording and I sounded stoned! Day 8 was a euphoric day physically and emotionally. And as I felt the amazing euphoria I reflected on the nature of impermanence due to contrast with how I felt this day compared the trauma of the day before!
